The 6th Project and Steering Committee Meeting of the bePrepARed project was held in Split, Croatia, on 10–11 June 2026

Project partners gathered to discuss the implementation of Nature-Based Solutions in pilot areas, capacity building activities, educational and awareness-raising actions, as well as the final steps towards project closure.
During the two-day meeting, partners exchanged updates on pilot activities, communication results, local and regional capacity building paths, activities with schools, Info Days and climate adaptation solutions across sensitive ecosystems in Italy and Croatia.
The second day of the meeting was dedicated to the Cross-Border Capacity Building Round, organised as a peer-to-peer learning opportunity. The session included presentations and exchange of experiences from several projects and initiatives, including AQUA, STRENGTH, CAMPUS, Italian Pilot Actions by Parco San Bartolo, Croatian Pilot Actions by PI DNC, and Nature-Based Solutions experiences by Parco Delta del Po.
Through knowledge sharing, discussion and exchange of best practices, partners further explored the potential transferability of project results and climate adaptation solutions across different territories.
