Jems introduction

 
During the 2021-2027 programming period, the Interreg Italy-Croatia Programme will use Joint Electronic Monitoring System (Jems) as its monitoring system. Therefore, project proposals can only be drafted and submitted through Jems.

Jems provides a purpose built monitoring system on a free-license basis which means there is no charge for the software. It has been co-developed with the knowledge of Interreg programmes and a wide tester pool to create harmonised, user-friendly software.
