On behalf of the Public Institution Development Agency of Lika-Senj County - LIRA, Lead Partner of the ECOFOODCYCLE project, we are pleased to invite you to the ECOFOODCYCLE Cross-Border Multi-Stakeholder Meeting (D.3.1.2) to be held in Gospić, Croatia. ECOFOODCYCLE - Reducing Food Waste and its Environmental Footprint through Sustainable Food Systems - is implemented within the Interreg VI-A Italy-Croatia Programme and focuses on reducing food waste and promoting circular and sustainable food systems in the Adriatic area.

This two-day meeting will bring together project partners and relevant stakeholders to exchange knowledge, explore inspiring local good practices, and discuss practical solutions for food waste prevention, reuse of by-products, and circular entrepreneurship.

A central part of the programme will be the presentation of the Lead Partner’s pilot action, the “ECOFOODCYCLE Zero Waste Innovation Lab”, a demonstration lab in Gospić that transforms agricultural by-products and residues into valuable outputs through innovative and sustainable processing approaches.
