BLUESLINKS Fair – Zadar, Croatia (May 4–6, 2026)

The BLUESLINKS Fair will take place from May 4th to May 6th, 2026 at the Centar za mlade Zadar, bringing together innovators, SMEs, students, and experts to explore the intersection of fisheries, tourism, and the blue economy.
Day 1 – Innovation Day (May 4)
The event opens with an Innovation Day focused on connecting fisheries and tourism through practical solutions. Participants will engage in networking sessions with SMEs, followed by a BLUESLINKS partners meeting (with both in-person and online participation options).
Day 2 – Hackathon Begins (May 5)
The Fisheries and Tourism Hackathon kicks off, guiding participants through:
- Challenge introduction and team formation
- Brainstorming and concept development
- Design, prototyping, and validation with expert mentors
Day 3 – Final Presentations & Young Area (May 6)
Teams will finalize and present their solutions to a jury. The day also features the Young Area session, highlighting contributions from international schools and institutions. The event concludes with an award ceremony recognizing the best teams.
