ACTION and INACO – Two Innovative INTERREG Projects for the Safeguarding of Natural and Cultural Heritage in Our Wetlands

On April 21, 2026, the Delta Po Park organized a workshop in Comacchio (FE) aimed at technical staff from local and regional authorities involved in land management.
Titled “ACTION and INACO – Two Innovative INTERREG Projects for the Safeguarding of Natural and Cultural Heritage in Our Wetlands” the event presented key results from the INTERREG IT-HR ACTION and INTERREG CE INACO projects. The focus was on hydraulic modeling solutions developed to protect wetlands in the Lamone River area and the Valli di Comacchio.
Participants also explored practical tools for climate risk mapping and vulnerability assessment, including hands-on sessions using dedicated digital platforms.
The workshop provided a concise overview of innovative approaches to strengthen the resilience and sustainable management of wetland ecosystems.
