The Project Takes the Stage at the Interreg Italy–Slovenia OSI Event | Grado, April 2026
16/04/2026
On 16–17 April 2026, ARCHAEODIGIT took part as a speaker project in the "Synergies and Complementarities – Bridging Europe" event, the Operations of Strategic Importance (OSI) conference organised by the Interreg VI-A Italy–Slovenia Programme in Grado, Italy.
The two-day event gathered projects from across multiple European Interreg programmes — including Italy–Croatia, Italy–Switzerland, IPA Adrion, Central Europe, and others — in a high-level exchange focused on cross-programme synergies and the future of European territorial cooperation beyond 2027. ARCHAEODIGIT was among the selected projects invited to present its work during the Day 1 thematic sessions, alongside other initiatives sharing common ground in sustainable development, cross-border governance, and territorial valorisation. The project was represented by Maria Emanuela Oddo of ETT S.p.a., partner responsible for the ARCHAEODIGIT Digital Platform and the technological components of the Joint Pilot Actions.
The event offered a valuable opportunity for knowledge exchange and cross-programme learning, allowing the ARCHAEODIGIT team to engage with projects working on shared and complementary challenges across the Adriatic and wider European space. The interactive Labs of Day 2 further enriched this experience, fostering direct dialogue among project teams and opening new perspectives on potential future synergies.
ARCHAEODIGIT's participation at this high-level forum reinforces the project's role within the European Interreg ecosystem, contributing its experience in the digital valorisation of archaeological heritage to the collective effort of building more connected, sustainable, and culturally rich cross-border territories.
