On March 20, 2026, the Institution for Development of Competences, Innovation and Specialization of Zadar County – INOVAcija organized a Business Model Development Workshop in Zadar as part of the IN4BLUE project. The event took place at the Center for Creative Industries and focused on the co-development and business modelling of innovative solutions for the Blue Economy.
The workshop addressed key regional challenges through two main concepts: Blue Economy 2.0, an information and networking platform, and Regenerative Tourism, an approach aimed at the sustainable transformation of tourism destinations. Participants took part in interactive and guided sessions, supported by experts, and worked with practical tools such as the Business Model Canvas (BMC).
During the activities, stakeholders collaboratively defined value propositions, target groups, key partners, revenue streams, and distribution channels. The workshop fostered collaboration, knowledge exchange, and co-creation, resulting in comprehensive business models that provide a solid foundation for the further development and implementation of the proposed solutions.
