The Friuli Venezia Giulia Autonomous Region, partner of the IN4BLUE project funded by the Interreg Italy–Croatia 2021–2027 Programme, organized a Local Co-development Workshop as part of the project’s Creative Laboratories Program.
The online workshop took place online on March 16, 2026, from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.
The session focused on the user testing and business modelling of solutions developed during the Creative Laboratories Program, addressing the regional challenge of how Cultural and Creative Industries could contribute to the development of the Blue Economy.
Participants engaged in guided activities led by experts, working on key tools and methodologies, including:

definition of target personas and use contexts

application of the Triple Business Model Canvas, integrating economic, environmental, and social dimensions

development of a User Testing Strategy to validate the proposed value propositions
The initiative was implemented with the technical support of TEC4I FVG and Polo Alto Adriatico, involving professionals specialized in business modelling, innovation, and sustainability.
The workshop involved stakeholders, innovators, and representatives of the Cultural and Creative Industries, contributing to the development of sustainable and innovative solutions.
