Alzheimer Marathon
During the promotion of the event, the ADRINCLUSIVE project was highlighted through both online and offline communication materials. A copy of the project brochure was included in the race kits distributed to all Half Marathon participants (1,000) and Virtual participants (300). In addition, brochures were distributed to approximately 4,500 participants in the Alzheimer March with the support of volunteers and through an “ADRINCLUSIVE INFOPOINT”set up in the event village at Parco di Levante in Cesenatico.
Widespread Marathon
The Diffused Alzheimer Marathon is a national awareness-raising and fundraising initiative that took place in 80 Italian squares throughout the month of September. Organised by the Alzheimer Marathon Foundation in collaboration with affiliated Alzheimer associations, the initiative aims to promote the activities of local associations and raise public awareness about Alzheimer’s disease.
