Final Conference to showcase project achievements and future perspectives
The AdriaClimPlus Final Conference will take place on 28 July 2026 at the CMCC Foundation Headquarters in Lecce, Italy, bringing together project partners, researchers, public authorities, and stakeholders to present the project's key achievements and discuss future opportunities for climate adaptation in the Adriatic region.
The event will provide a comprehensive overview of the results achieved throughout the project, highlighting scientific advances, innovative monitoring systems, climate services, stakeholder engagement activities, and practical tools supporting climate resilience in coastal areas.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn about:

the latest scientific knowledge on climate change and its impacts on the Adriatic basin;

innovative monitoring systems and climate tools developed through the project;

adaptation planning and governance approaches for coastal areas;

The programme will also feature invited keynote presentations from international experts, dedicated sessions presenting the outcomes of the project's work packages, poster exhibitions, demonstrations of project tools and climate products, and discussions on future collaboration beyond the project's lifetime.
The Final Meeting represents an important opportunity to reflect on the progress made through AdriaClimPlus and to strengthen cooperation for building more climate-resilient coastal communities across the Adriatic region.
