The second annual #EUGreenWeek event, organised as part of the Interreg Italy-Croatia 2021-2027 BlueDiversity project, will take place at Palazzo Grassi in Chioggia (Venice) on June 25th from 2pm to 6:30 pm. The workshop is being organised by the two Italian partners from the Veneto region operating in the Venice Lagoon pilot area:
• Eduforma srl: vocational education and training provider accredited by Veneto Region, with longlasting experience in European Cooperation projects;
• University of Padua, Department of Biology.
Why Attend?
The workshop will delve into the nutritional properties and commercial potential of the Blue Crab, alongside a comprehensive presentation of research results from several Interreg projects (BlueDiversity, BLUECRAB), the Blue Crab Action Plan – FEAMPA and the Blue crab value chain (University of Padua). Theafternoon will conclude with a high-level round table discussion on value chains and future strategies for the local maritime economy.
