SAVE THE DATE MILEPORT at a Cross-Fertilisation Event in Trieste
The conference is scheduled for Wednesday, 25 March 2026, from 09:30 to 13:00, at the Savoia Hotel Excelsior in Trieste, Italy.
MILEPORT is pleased to announce its participation in a cross-fertilisation event dedicated to the digitalisation of road last-mile access to ports and multimodal freight terminals.
Hosted by the Port Network Authority of the Eastern Adriatic Sea in cooperation with the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and the Inteporto di Trieste, and under the auspices of the EUSAIR Macro-regional Strategy, the event will bring together port authorities, terminal operators, logistics stakeholders, technology providers and public institutions to exchange experiences and strengthen synergies among European and national initiatives.
The discussion will focus on digital tools, data sharing and interoperable systems that enhance road access management, reduce congestion and improve the efficiency and reliability of freight flows at key transport nodes. Particular attention will be given to operational deployment, scalability and transferability of solutions across different port and terminal contexts.
The event is jointly organised within the framework of the projects ACCESSMILE, MERIDIAN and PRESPORT, with the participation of the Italian RRF project ELODIE (Interporto di Trieste).
