Development of an integrated framework for creating an inclusive and recognizable touristic model
The specific objective of the WP1 is to define the strategy to adopt for fostering cross-sectorality between the tourism sector and the welfare sector for the establishment of the new model of inclusive and sustainable tourism for people with dementia and cognitive decline in the Adriatic cross-border region.
The aim is to transfer the common framework for the development of an inclusive and sustainable tourism offer for people with dementia and cognitive decline in the Adriatic region and beyond.

Capacity building and raising awareness activities
Communication objectives of the WP2 focus on changing the behaviour, knowledge, or beliefs of target audiences. The project aims to share expertise on inclusive tourism for people with dementia and cognitive decline by promoting the Platform, a tailored Awareness Campaign, and the Crossborder Training Methodology. These tools support the upskilling of tourism and welfare professionals and are made accessible to stakeholders within and beyond the Programme region, fostering awareness, capacity-building, and long-term impact.
