The Managing Authority, according to art.32 REGULATION (EU) 2021/1059 shall electronically transmit to the Commission cumulative monitoring data for the Programme by 31 January, 30 April, 31 July, 30 September and 30 November of each year. Data related to the payment forecast that shall be electronically transmitted by 31 January and 31 July of each year.
The system used to transmit data is the SFC, which is the electronic data exchange system for all official exchanges of information between the Member State and the Commission concerning the CPR Funds management.
The Managing Authority shall publish or provide a link to all the data transmitted to the Commission on the website.
