The objective of the workshop was to provide participants with improved competencies in raising awareness of the general public and relevant stakeholders regarding the problem of difficult accessibility of tourist destinations for disadvantaged people.

The topic of the first part of the workshop was the offer of accessible tourism, while the topic of the second part of the workshop was the demand of accessible tourism.
