From Theory to Practice: TESTEAT Trains Today’s and Tomorrow’s Tourism Professionals

Training for Trainers: 3th Training Module

Third Training Module on Food Photography: The course was designed to equip participants with competencies to capture professional-quality images using only a smartphone. Session 1 focused on "From Souvenir to Storytelling," emphasizing light, composition, and transforming simple shots into narrated visuals. Session 2 shifted to post-production, titled "Bringing the Image to Life: Editing and Visual Style," teaching participants how to enhance and refine photos to achieve a professional, narrative look without falsification.

From 17 to 19 October 2025, the city of Dubrovnik hosted ‘Days of Taste: From Tradition to Contemporary Trends’, an event organised by the Dubrovnik Development Agency (DURA). The programme focused on education and the local area, with workshops for children and rural development involving students from the Dubrovnik School of Tourism and Hospitality to promote local products and the talent of future professionals.
