The final conference of the TESTEAT project

Final conference of the Interreg Italy-Croatia project ‘TESTEAT’, held in Venice on 11 June 2026 at the Don Orione Artigianelli Cultural Centre. The event brought together institutional partners, academics and industry experts with the aim of capitalising on the results of years of cross-border cooperation focused on sustainable tourism, inclusivity and the protection of local cultural identity. Through technical panels and dedicated round-table discussions, best practices in professional skills development and models of regional promotion, such as the SAOR Food Festival, were analysed. The proceedings culminated in the official presentation of the TESTEAT Strategy and Manifesto, which set out the formal guidelines for future policies on the positioning and promotion of food and wine across the entire Adriatic macro-region.
