About
By leveraging the rich enogastronomy heritage of the Adriatic region, the TESTEAT project seeks to enhance socio-economic and cultural development in the cross-border area. Through innovative tourism offerings that highlight the region's enogastronomy heritage, TESTEAT aims to create sustainable solutions for rural and urban coastal areas. This includes joint training programs for tourism professionals and the development of strategies to address specific demand challenges. Key to the project's success is the engagement of stakeholders through two enogastronomy innovative HUBs, comprising public and private actors from the tourism and culture sectors. TESTEAT boasts a diverse partnership of public and private entities and educational institutions, enabling comprehensive solutions to cross-border challenges. Additionally, the project will introduce an online tool to create innovative tourism offers tailored to modern consumer behaviors and needs.
