D.2.1.4 - Creation of video interviews with students
20/04/2026
In the “Library” section of the website, there is a new series of video interviews, this time entirely dedicated to the real key players in the sector’s future: the students.
The video contributions offer a fresh and direct insight into the impressions, skills acquired and experiences of the young people who took part in the educational and training workshops organised by the project partners in the two countries.
The collection within the library includes testimonials gathered from four leading institutions:
- AZRRI (Istrian Agency for Rural Development, Croatia): Interviews conducted with students from the Eugen Kumičić vocational school in Rovinj, focusing on learning about and promoting the local culinary tradition in a sustainable way.
- Lepido Rocco School in Caorle (a member of Scuola Centrale Formazione – SCF, Italy): An in-depth analysis led by Valentina Bellacima, coordinating teacher at the Caorle school, who speaks directly with her students to gather their feedback and reflections following the TESTEAT workshops.
- CIVIFORM (Italy): Video testimonials collected by the vocational training organisation in Friuli Venezia Giulia, showcasing the perspectives of young people involved in educational programmes dedicated to inclusive catering, innovation and new market demands.
- DURA (Dubrovnik City Development Agency, Croatia): Video contributions produced in the Dubrovnik region, aimed at highlighting the enthusiasm and vision of the younger generation regarding the future of sustainable tourism and food and wine in the Adriatic area.
Through this publication, the project demonstrates the importance of linking the world of education and vocational training to the real dynamics of the HORECA sector, in order to understand the approach of future tourism professionals towards the ecological and digital transition.
All video materials are freely available on the project’s official portal, in the ‘Library’ section.
