Design and creation of one comprehensive framework, available in both digital (online) and print formats, including a poster and a roll-up version. UNIPU, with the support of SCF, will be responsible for the design and creation of the framework, as well as its dissemination to all project partners. Collectively, the partnership will be responsible for the produced materials, totaling eight (8) posters and eight (8) roll-ups.
This visual framework illustrates the adaptation of traditional recipes from the participating regions to special dietary needs and contemporary habits (including gluten-free, lactose-free, low glycemic index, vegetarian, and vegan options), while strictly preserving the authentic gastronomic culture and identity of the local territories.
