If you are a passionate or recreational cyclist and want to travel from Italy to Croatia, or vice versa, with your bicycle, you can transport it for free!
This intermodal service, operating between Italy and Croatia is implemented by the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia as a cross-border service, transporting bicycles by bus.
The service is available from April 23rd to July 10th and from August 20th to October 31st 2022. It operates each Saturday and Sunday, departing from Trieste at 9:00 and arriving in Poreč at 11:00. The departure from Poreč is at 18:00 and arrival in Trieste at 20:00. The bus stops, on request, at two more places in between – Rabuiese-Noghere and Plovanija.
