DIGITAL PLAN Partners Sign Memorandum of Understanding

As part of the DIGITAL PLAN Final Conference, held on 27 August 2026 in Dubrovnik, project partners signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking an important step towards the continued use of the digital solutions developed through the project.
The Memorandum establishes a common framework for cooperation among the project partners and confirms their shared commitment to promoting the digitalisation of Civil Protection Plans and emergency planning. It also provides a basis for further cooperation and the implementation of the Action Plan for Civil Protection Plans Digitization, presented during the Final Conference.
By signing the MoU, partners from Croatia and Italy confirmed their intention to build on the results achieved through DIGITAL PLAN and continue promoting digital approaches and tools that can support civil protection authorities and improve risk management.
The signing of the Memorandum therefore represents an important contribution to the sustainability of the project results, ensuring that the cooperation and solutions developed through DIGITAL PLAN can continue beyond the project implementation period.
