Conference “Flavors of the Future” to bring sustainable gastronomy and tourism into focus
The GUSTI project invites tourism, gastronomy and other relevant stakeholders to the “Flavors of the Future: GUSTI Conference on Sustainable Gastronomy and Tourism”, taking place on 16 September 2026 in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
The conference will explore how sustainable gastronomy, local food systems and innovative tourism practices can contribute to more resilient and attractive destinations. The programme will feature best-practice examples, two thematic panel discussions, a presentation of GUSTI project results, and a dedicated session on the Cross-Border Gastro-Diplomacy Network.
A highlight of the event will be the formal signing of the Memorandum of Understanding for the Cross-Border Gastro-Diplomacy Network, marking an important step towards continued cooperation between Croatian and Italian stakeholders.
