On Tuesday 07 December, from 09:30 to 13:00, the conference “Climate change in the coastal and transitional area” will be held in presence at the Faculty of Geodesy Zagreb, Kačićeva 26, Zagreb. During the event, the main results of CHANGE WE CARE project will be presented to the most relevant parties on the topic, posing particular to the mitigative and adaptative measure to tackle the impact of climate change on the  project Croatian pilot sites. Moreover a special session will be dedicated to the discussion of the proposals for joint future activities included in the Joint Action Plan, an initiative launched last April  during CHANGE WE CARE mid-term conference to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of INTERREG Italy-Croatia projects committed to facing the challenges of climatic changes, favoring synergies to meet the priority needs of the two countries.

The conference will be held predominantly in Croatian, although non-native Croatian speakers will have the opportunity to give their presentations in English.
