On Monday, April 12nd, students, professors and researchers from the Università di Ferrara arrived in Comacchio for the first day of archeological laboratory about the Roman Villa of Bocca delle Menate, which is part of our project!
A really emotional moment, as it was the first face-to-face meeting after months of on-line workshops due to Covid rules. Also Mr. Carli, a citizen of Comacchio, joined the team, underlining the importance of the relationship between culture and locals.
The team was divided into groups of 6-7 people, then professors and researchers explained to each group how to use the available materials - as the geolocation map for the finds - and how to correctly divulgate information to public.
