Let Expo is one of the main Transport and Logistics Fair held yearly in Italy, focusing on transport, logistics and intermodality. The same event in 2022 welcomed more than 205 exhibitors and 50.000 visitors. The 2023 edition, held between 8th and 11th March, doubled the number of visitors, reaching 100.00 participants.
Main participants are international port authorities, terminal operators and logistics operators.
RAM S.p.A., partner of DIGSEA, organised a workshop on Thursday 9th March 2023 titled “Digitalisation and European funds: ideas and project proposals”, speakers including representatives of the Italian Ministry of Transport and Infrastructures, European Commission, Italian Customs Agency and Italian Port Authorities.
In his speech, Mr. Alberto Cozzi, representing the Port Network Authority of the Eastern Adriatic Sea, Lead Partner of DIGSEA and SUSPORT, gave a speech illustrating the main achievements of both projects and underlining the importance of European territorial cooperation funds, as a crucial tool to work together in different regions on topics such as decarbonisation and digitalisation, which are borderless, affecting ports from Italy and Croatia alike.
