SFERA Governance Model

The SFERA Governance Model is a participatory framework designed to foster rural entrepreneurship by ensuring that all relevant stakeholders (policymakers, SMEs, local communities, and support organizations) have a voice in shaping the future of their regions. It establishes clear roles and responsibilities while promoting effective collaboration and coordination among different actors to drive sustainable development.

To support the development of rural entrepreneurship, this section provides a training curriculum and workbook based on the topics offered.
