Employees of the Agency AZZRI start the presentation by defining activities 2.5. This activity includes the development of a communication plan and tools to support the promotion and implementation of activities Pilot activity 1. The University of Zadar (PP6) and AZZRI (PP9) carry out this activity together as stated in the project application. The first delivery of workshop organizations for stakeholders and other and interested participants in PA1. The debate continued about the possibility
organizing workshops in the summer months in Istria or Zadar. The possibility of organizing online is left due to the unpredictability of the epidemiological situation. The preparation of a joint document will follow, in which all existing tools and channels will be mapped for the purpose of tourism promotion of the hinterland and their potential and consistency with the activities and goals of PA1. During the meeting, they also discussed the latest delivery, which refers to the production of dissemination material according to the plan and its expansion through mapped channels. Colleagues from the AZZRI agency have already compiled a list of various promotional materials and will forward them to colleagues from the University of Zadar for the purpose of realization and production of similar promotional materials that will include promotion of cultural routes included in Pilot Activity 1 and territorial brand developed by the Zadar Development Agency. ZADRA NOVA County, which is also a partner in the MADE IN-LAND project.
The University of Zadar presents its scientific team, composed of doc. dr. sc. Ante Blaće and Deni Ivanova and Ana Blaće, and state that they are in contact with the Lead Partner about defining activities 5.1. and 5.2. The task of the scientific team from the University of Zadar was to send instructions, which will be forwarded to all partners in charge of organizing the road show, after approval by the Lead Partner. According to the project application, the road show should take place outside the project area, eg in the neighboring county.
It was concluded that both partners will be in contact about the development of promotional materials and the organization of the workshop as well as the instructions needed to organize a road show. The next SC meeting should take place in Istria at the end of April. Defining a date is still pending.
