Partners Moving Forward with Pilot Actions

PRESPORT partners are currently working on the first steps towards the implementation of the pilot actions planned within the project, turning the common strategies and action plans into concrete activities across the Adriatic area.
The pilot actions will address the two main dimensions of PRESPORT: the green and digital transition of ports, covering five key areas:
• Energy efficiency and alternative energy production
• Efficient lighting and climate resilience
• E-mobility
• Port digitalisation, digital twins and multimodal travel planning
• Port security
Across Italy and Croatia, partners are preparing and developing solutions tailored to the specific needs of their ports and territories. These activities will provide an opportunity to test innovative approaches in real operational contexts, exchange experiences and identify solutions that can be further replicated across the Adriatic port community.
The pilot actions represent an important step in transforming PRESPORT’s shared strategies into practical solutions, contributing to more sustainable, efficient, resilient and digitally advanced port operations.
As implementation progresses, partners will continue working together to share knowledge, monitor developments and maximise the impact of the pilot activities.
