Our 7th Monitoring Committee held on December 16th and 17th in Padua

On Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th December, we organised our 7th Monitoring Committee in Padua. The main topics presented and discussed included our second Call for Proposals regarding Operations of Strategic Importance, which are set to commence in June next year, our Small-Scale Projects, which are nearing completion, our harvesting report on the Post-2027 Consultations, and the key findings from the ex-post evaluation carried out on the 2014-2020 programming period.
In the coming weeks our website will be updated with the MC decisions.
We also continued our journey into our funded projects to foster synergies and collaboration by organising a round table. For this, we invited three standard projects – WASTEREDUCE, FishNoWaste, and BlueDiversity – and one small-scale project, MONI.CA, which focus on protecting biodiversity and reducing water and air pollution.
We learned about a range of interventions and approaches these projects are employing to reduce and monitor waste and pollution, as well as how they aim to engage citizens and both public and private institutions. The discussion sparked mutual interest, and we eagerly look forward to seeing the next steps
