Save the date: Final conference in Venice
We are pleased to announce the final conference of the TESTEAT project, which will take place on June 10th and 11th, 2026, in the beautiful setting of Venice. The event, hosted at Don Orione Artigianelli, will be a key moment to share the results achieved and outline future strategies for the enhancement of the eno-gastronomic heritage of the Adriatic area.
The event kicks off on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 10th, with the 6th Technical Meeting between project partners and the Steering Committee. This opening session will wrap up with a joint dinner, providing a great opportunity for everyone to connect and network.
Thursday, June 11th, will be entirely dedicated to the Final Conference. The day features contributions from institutional representatives, including the Region of Istria, the Mayor of Ston, and various project partners, who will take a deep dive into the TESTEAT project and the SAOR Food Festival. To round out the morning, we will explore synergies with other Adriatic initiatives and officially present the TESTEAT Strategy and Manifesto. After a light lunch, the program concludes with an afternoon site visit to experience the local area firsthand.
