Two-Day Co-Creation Workshop Held within the IN4BLUE Project

Organized by the INOVAcija Institution, a two-day co-creation workshop was held on 13 and 14 January 2026 at the Centre for Creative Industries as part of the IN4BLUE project. The workshop brought together stakeholders from the blue economy and participants of the local mentoring programme, with the aim of developing innovative solutions to the challenges of the blue economy in Zadar County.
Building on the previously held Creative Dialogue, the workshop was implemented in line with the principles of the design sprint methodology. With the support of moderators and a business mentor, participants worked on idea development, problem definition, and the creation of initial solution prototypes.
As a result of the workshop, two conceptual prototypes of innovative solutions were developed, which will be further elaborated in the next phase of the project the business model development workshop with the support of local and cross-border mentors.
The IN4BLUE project is implemented within the Interreg Italy - Croatia 2021–2027 programme, with the aim of strengthening entrepreneurial skills and fostering sustainable cooperation in the field of the blue economy.
