Fourth IN4BLUE Project Partners’ Meeting Held in Trieste, Italy

28/01/2026

On 21 and 22 January 2026, Trieste hosted the fourth partners’ meeting of the IN4BLUE project, organised by the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia. The event brought together project partners from the Adriatic region to take stock of ongoing activities and coordinate future actions.

IN4BLUE aims to strengthen cross-border cooperation by supporting key stakeholders in the blue economy-particularly in maritime transport, sustainable tourism, and creative industries-so they can effectively engage in digital and green transition processes. The meeting provided a valuable platform for partners to share experiences, discuss challenges, and align strategies for the next phases of project implementation.

Six project partners participated in the meeting, with the Istrian Development Agency (IDA) acting as Lead Partner, alongside INOVAcija Zadar, IRI Centar d.o.o., Technopolis PST Bari, the Venetian Cluster, and the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Associated partners include the Istrian County, the City of Kaštela, and ARTI Puglia.

The main working session, held on 22 January, focused on reviewing progress across all work packages and defining upcoming activities. Key topics included the advancement of project actions to date, the revision of the Creative Labs Programme with a dedicated focus on internships, the launch of capitalisation and transferability activities within the final work package, as well as communication, project coordination, and financial management.
