In the framework of the ICARUS project, ARAP (Regional Agency for Productive Activities of the Abruzzo region) developed a journey planner application  
to facilitate access to information and to promote sustainable mobility in the area. The application provides real-time information on means of tansport/routes, e - ticketing solutions,
and information regarding cultural and tourist walking routes and points of interest.
The application HAPPY TRAVEL can be downloaded from the Android or IOS app store for free and the user will be guided through the available options.
It offers a new way to travel and discover the territories of the Adriatic, a smart and environment friendly travel mode, with the precious support 
of digital technology.
The APP is also a tool for informing visitors about routes, points of interest and available means of transport in order to reduce the number of cars and to stimulate tourists to visit the sites using environmentally friendly transport.
