The Educational Tour, organized from the 28th of February to the 4th of March 2019, has involved the municipalities of Conversano, Castellana Grotte, Polignano a Mare, Mola di Bari, Rutigliano and Putignano, with a visit also to Alberobello, patrimony of Unesco. The proposed itinerary for the Pilot Action was the perfect combination of art, culture, food and performative arts. A journey to discover the places of history, through the ancient crafts and theatrical workshops. Guests have discovered the pleasure of the food, combining tailored experiences. 40 guests among institutional representatives, journalists, influencer, tour operators from Italy, China, Germany, Montenegro, Croatia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Albania, have taken part in the Pilot Action.
