The project HERCULTOUR is capitalizing the IPA Adriatic HERA project and is aimed at supporting the sustainable tourism approach, mitigating high seasonality pressure by improving the offer for integrated destination management and development of rural tourism while exploiting the preserved joint cultural assets. Thus the activities foresee the setting up of the HERA Adriatic Heritages Association for management and promotion of sustainable tourism based on common cultural heritage.

Zadar - Croatia
Zadar County is one of 21 regional authorities in Croatia comprised of 34 municipalities and is responsible for affairs of regional importance on its territory including education, health, physical planning, development, economy, transport, environment, tourism, etc. Zadar County is comprised of 11 departments: Department for Economy, Tourism, Infrastructures and EU Funds manages HERCULTOUR project because of its extensive knowledge and experience in European projects.

Europe Point of Teramo Consortium
Consorzio Punto Europa Teramo (COPE) is a regional-level development Agency providing assistance to Public Authorities in the implementation of development plans; manages projects and feasibility studies on economic, social and cultural development; enhances the access to funds and promotes productivity in economic sectors, also acting as a relevant centre for the dissemination of information through the official information Antenna of the European Commission called “Europe Direct Teramo”.

Primorje-Gorski Kotar County - Department for culture, sport and technical culture
Primorje-Gorski Kotar County is a regional government authority responsible, through the Department for Culture, Sports and Technical Culture, for initiating and co-financing of projects/activities in fields of culture, education, tourism, regional development, infrastructure, social welfare etc. Primorje-Gorski Kotar County is the founder and supervises the work of the various public organizations (museums, schools etc.).

Šibenik Knin County - is a regional self-government whose area represents a natural, historical, traffic, economic, social and self-governing whole. It carries out affairs of regional importance, in particular the legal affairs relating to education, health, spatial and urban planning, economic development, traffic and transport infrastructure, planning and development of the network of educational, health, cultural and social institutions.

Dubrovnik and Neretva County
Dubrovnik and Neretva Region (DNR) is the southernmost region in Croatia. DNR is responsible for spatial planning, the development of schools and health institutions, tourism and shipping, environmental protection, etc. DNR has EU preparation and implementation experience, with great success in implementing projects in many different areas: environmental protection, rural tourism, rural development, agriculture, institutional cooperation and coordination, culture, transport, IT, etc.

Tourist destination "Romagna (Province of Ferrara, Forlì-Cesena, Ravenna and Rimini)"
Romagna Tourist Destination carries out all the functions established by Regional Law no 4/2016 in the tourism field in the area of the Provinces of Ferrara, Forlì-Cesena, Ravenna and Rimini. Particularly, the Tourist Destination is in charge of the definition of the Tourist Program of local promotion for the enhancement of its territory at national level, with the aim of creating a whole and wide tourist area and creating tourist products which identify the new tourist area.

ADSU - Teramo
Established by the Region of Abruzzo with Regional Law, 6 December 1994, ADSU’s institutional mission is based on Article 34 of the Italian Constitution, which affirms the right of the capable and deserving, albeit lacking in economic means, to achieve the highest degrees of study and, at the same time, the duty of the Republic to make this right effective through scholarships, family allowances and other allowances allocated to competition.
