The Kick-off meeting of FIRSESPILL project,  has been held on the 2nd and the 3rd of September 2020. 
Due to specific pandemic situation, the Kick off has been organised and coordinated by the Lead Partner, RERA S.D., as an online meeting.
The meeting was attended by the representatives of the all 14 partners of the project consortium, and participated (with technical relations and Programme introduction to rules and procedures) by Ms Tea Ivanišević, Programme Communication Manager, and Ms. Diana Gracin Petrović, Programme Project Manager, representatives of the Italy-Croatia Programme Joint Secretariat. 
During the two days of the meeting, all issues related to the commencement, management, finance and technical issues of the project have been discussed. 
Participant partners have been committed in the project tasks and engaged in technical discussions, focused on the specifications, requirements, methodologies, tools and technologies to be exploited in order to achieve and deliver all project results which are forecasted as outputs of the specific work packages.
