Rocca delle Caminate is a home of the homonymous wine cellar, dedicated to Sangiovese.  Its story starts with an owner's agriculture machinery background, passion for wine that was influenced by other wine producers.

Old and abandoned grandparents' house and surrounding land were turned into an underground cellar,  the Agriturismo dei Lumi and the apartment with a beautiful view. The newest addition to the complex was a farm that was created 7 years ago. The first bottle that was made was Vitignano and later two other wines from Sangiovese grapes were made. Bottles from each year from 2001 until today are kept and exhibited at the winery.

Although the small and artisanal company could produce 40-50 thousand bottles, it produces only a half of that, because they don't aim for quantity, but for the quality which can satisfy customers who want to taste the products from the region.
