We are excited to invite you to the ECOFOODCYCLE Final Conference, which will take place on September 09, 2026, at the Rosa Rubra Winery in Città Sant'Angelo. As our project under the Interreg VI-A Italy–Croatia 2021–2027 programme draws to a close, this event serves as a pivotal moment to reflect on our collaborative journey toward more sustainable food systems and a future defined by effective food-waste prevention.

The afternoon will begin with institutional welcomes and a look at the wider impact of the Interreg programme, followed by an overview of the challenges we addressed and our cross-border partnership's achievements. A central part of the conference will bridge the gap between theory and real-world impact through a series of expert and stakeholder testimonials. Entrepreneurs, scientific experts, and pilot hosts will share their firsthand experiences, discussing the practical barriers to adoption and how sustainable practices can successfully expand beyond our pilot locations.

Our final session will focus on capitalization and concrete commitments. We aim to secure specific plans for how our strategies, joint solutions, and training schemes will continue to drive positive change long after the project concludes. By identifying these follow-up commitments, we ensure that our collective efforts leave a lasting legacy for a more resilient and circular food future.
