Young Champions Against Food Waste: Creative Workshop at “Vladimir Gortan” Elementary School
As part of a broader pilot collaboration aimed at reducing food waste, a three-member team from the Faculty of Economics delivered a lecture and workshop for schoolchildren at "Vladimir Gortan" Elementary School in Rijeka, within the ECOFOODCYCLE project.
After weighing their school lunch waste for a week, the pupils first learned about reducing food waste, and then, under the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Ana Bobinac, Prof. Nenad Vretenar, and Nika Stipetić-Kalinić, created posters dedicated to this issue.
