Elevante, partner of the DigLogs project, organize a regional event in Trieste to present the Pilot Action WMS 4.0 developped in the framework of the DigLogs project.
The Pilot presented at the event, developed for the intermodal terminal rail-road terminal of Gorizia (SDAG), aims at demonstrating how the modalities of multimodal transport (between a heterogeneous set of logistics operators including among which carriers, providers, MTO etc) can be optimized in a complete and convenient way with an comprehensive and convenient way with an exchange of information in real time on planned delivery times. The pilot will then be implemented with a DSS connected to the WMS in order to allow the interconnection between operators multimodal transport operators (MTOs), terminal operators and carriers in a single digital access platform.
