Publication of the first DIGIT2COAST Newsletter

We are pleased to announce the release of the first official newsletter of the DIGIT2COAST project, marking the conclusion of an impactful first six months of operation. The publication provides a comprehensive overview of the achievements made toward improving the accessibility, clarity, and availability of health, care, and mobility information across the Adriatic region, with a dedicated focus on meeting the needs of tourists, elderly individuals, and persons with disabilities.
During this initial semester, the project consortium successfully met all scheduled operational milestones. A primary technical milestone was the completion of the Joint Comparative Assessment, whose core findings deliver essential analytical insights for subsequent activities. Additionally, the partnership convened in Pescara for its inaugural transnational meeting, held alongside a public presentation event designed to active institutional dialogue and engage regional stakeholders.
Beyond reporting technical progress, this newsletter serves as a cornerstone of the project’s strategic commitment to open communication and broad dissemination. Sharing intermediate results and standardized methodology is vital to building institutional trust, promoting cross-border knowledge transfer, and ensuring that pilot solutions can be replicated seamlessly across participating territories. By maintaining a transparent flow of information, DIGIT2COAST reinforces stakeholder engagement and guarantees that technical advancements translate into tangible public value.
Looking ahead to the upcoming period, the consortium will direct its efforts toward the development and implementation of the Care & Go Data Scheme, establishing the technical baseline for integrated cross-border data management.
