Project periodical monthly meeting - February 2026

During today’s monthly meeting, the partnership reviewed the project reporting schedule, upcoming deliverables, communication activities, and procurement matters in light of the recently approved prolongation.
Partners were reminded to promptly submit the required documentation to their respective controllers, following delays encountered in earlier control phases. Attention was also drawn to the new project end date and to the need to formally amend the partnership agreement to reflect the extension.
Participants confirmed the revision of deadlines and operational responsibilities. Activities 2.3 and 3.1 now have April deadlines, with the related hours to be reported in May.
Partners were invited to identify the transfer nodes required for the transferability analysis.
It was agreed to circulate and complete the questionnaires associated with deliverables 2.2.1, 2.3, 3.1, and 3.2.
The meeting also addressed communication and procurement matters.
