On the 4th of October, the fourth meeting of the Local Hub was organized by SDEWES Centre in the Town Hall of Mali Lošinj to discuss the project of installation and the overall economic feasibility of a sea water heat pump serving the Town Hall. The potential funding schemes for the sea water heat pump were also presented during the meeting. On the next day, 5th of October, the second local conference was organized together with OTRA, the local development agency.

During the conference, the COASTENERGY project was presented, including the results from the previous periods and the feasibility study made for the Town Hall of Mali Lošinj. Additional presentations concerned other projects dealing with blue energy potentials and heating and cooling systems, with the Energy Institute Hrvoje Požar presenting the call for funding projects for the installation of sea water heat pumps. Both events were held during the 2nd edition of Clean Energy Days on the islands of Cres and Lošinj.
