The CICERO is a Small-scale project that addresses cross-border cooperation challenges in the Programme area, focusing on enhancing knowledge about legal and administrative barriers in risk management for natural disasters like forest fires. It aims to foster joint exercises and training, as well as a citizens' campaign, to strengthen institutional capacities and collaboration.
The project's cross-border approach recognizes the need for joint efforts in dealing with natural disasters, emphasizing the importance of collaboration across borders. Moreover, the collaboration between the Veneto Region and the City of Labin introduces a new level of cooperation and partnership.
