The fourth event of “YOU ARE WHAT YOU SEA”, which took place on October 28th, led students of Liceo Palmieri of Lecce on a tour through the Reserve for a scientific knowledge about the area and to realize the different impact of human activities in protected Areas, with particular attention to the P3 pilot area (Torre Guaceto) of the Interreg CASCADE project.

It was a day dedicated to marine and coastal environments and to the importance of Nature preservation for the generation supposed to lead the future, an important phase to understand how correct and everyday habits and economic activities like sustainable fishing and tourism contribute to the preservation of the Reserve.
