BNA's Capacity Building Course on Euro Project Design and Management
The BNA project has officially launched its Capacity Building Course on Euro Project Design and Management, marking a significant step for professionals from local public authorities and NGO’s aspiring project managers eager to deepen their expertise in the field. The course, which began with its first seven session, is crafted to equip participants with essential tools and skills for effectively planning and implementing projects funded by the European Union.
This cross border training initiative brings together a diverse cohort of Italian and Croatian participants, who are currently delving into practical approaches to project management through interactive sessions led by experienced trainers.
Having completed the initial lessons, participants are now advancing through the course, preparing for the 8th lesson. This session will start the phase of digital tool and project proposal development, enhancing the participants' understanding and promoting further collaboration across borders. The BNA team aims to create a supportive and enriching experience, encouraging active engagement with trainers and peers to reinforce learning and build valuable connections.
The course not only emphasizes technical skills but also focuses on building the foundational knowledge necessary to develop impactful, sustainable projects.
