Published on 11/12/2019 (last modified 03/02/2020)

Free workshop for the support of start-ups, new enterprises and professionals of the Blue Economy sector

On Tuesday 17th December, from 9 am to 6 pm, a free workshop will be carried out on the development of expertise for start-ups, new enterprises and professionals willing to build or develop Blue Economy related experimental projects. The meeting will be hosted in the Great Hall of Palazzo Rasponi dalle Teste, via Luca Longhi 9 in Ravenna, Italy.

The workshop is organized by the Municipality of Ravenna as lead partner of the Interreg Italy Croatia project named Adrireef (www.italy-croatia.eu/adrireef). Adrireef is devoted to the study of artificial and natural reefs of the Adriatic Sea and to their enhancement with innovative and sustainable activities. The workshop will also ease aggregation and networking of people and experts working in the field.

From the idea to the project: what do we need to take off? How can we launch an innovative Blue Economy project?

These will be the main topics of the day. In detail, the morning session will be focused on the business aspects and led by David Agostini (business advisor and temporary manager) and by Antonio Lazzari (social and environmental innovation advisor). The afternoon session will be dedicated to the analysis of the many economic features of Blue Economy and related fundraising opportunities (see below for full program details).

Participation is free but registration is required with the online form.
