67th MedCruise General Assembly in Šibenik

From 30th September to 2rd October 2025, ADRIJOROUTES was proudly showcased at the 67th MedCruise General Assembly held in the historic city of Šibenik, Croatia.
During the event, the 7 cross-border thematic routes developed within the project were presented, aiming to enhance the cultural and natural heritage of the Italian and Croatian Adriatic coasts through innovative, integrated experiences.
In a panel moderated by Djoni Stambuk from Zadar Port Authority, Guido Vettorel from the Central Adriatic Ports Authority gave high visibility to the ADRIJOROUTES project, underlining the strategic importance of these routes for sustainable cruise tourism and destination promotion.
The 7 ADRIJOROUTES thematic itineraries are:
- The route of Taste
- Hidden Gems route
- Different Historic Route
- Naturalistic Route
- Travellers and Trade route
- Route of Architecture
- UNESCO Route
Each route combines physical and digital experiences, offering visitors an engaging journey through gastronomy, architecture, history, nature, and cross-cultural exchange — connecting ports and inland destinations in a sustainable and accessible way.
The participation in Šibenik marks an important milestone in promoting the ADRIJOROUTES project to cruise operators, institutions, and international stakeholders.
