Organisation expertise

The Comunità Riviera Friulana (CRF) is responsible for the local development of the coastal area of Riviera Friulana with a strategic role in the coordination of services related to territorial, economic and social development. CRF is in charge for elaborating the Local Development Strategy and Plan and for ensuring implementation of local development programmes, as well as on public services of general interest and management of municipal budget and on EU planning. CRF has managed, by its office Servizio Europa, various projects, as Interreg Italia-Croatia GREW (Governance of Wetlands in Italy-Croatia cross border regions), SUMMA (Sustainable Multimodal Mobility in Adriatic Costal and Hinterland Areas), CREW (Coordinated Wetland Managemen), SUTRA (Sustainable Transport in Adriatic Coastal Area), Italia-Slovenia STARWAYS Vie d'acqua e di terra.
