Join Us for Info Day in Pula, Croatia
The Institute of Agriculture and Tourism, in cooperation with the Region of Istria and the Juraj Dobrila University of Pula, is organizing the Info Day in Pula, Croatia, on Thursday, January 22, 2026.
The event will bring together Croatian and international experts, researchers, and stakeholders to discuss key issues related to marine litter, microplastics, ghost fishing, and sustainable environmental management.
During the Info Day, the WASTEREDUCE project will be presented, including its results and planned actions aimed at reducing waste in protected and Natura 2000 areas.
The event will conclude with a Stakeholder Workshop, featuring the presentation of a study on preventing land-based waste from entering the marine environment, as well as a draft Action Plan for waste reduction developed within the WASTEREDUCE project.
